Great iPad apps
This week I thought I might share some of my favourite apps with you. One of my
favourites if you want a bit of creative fun on your iPad is called Pottery HD. My 7yr old granddaughter Grace loves it too. In fact it has kept her amused
for hours. Here are some samples of the kinds of things you can create with it. These
were all created by Grace.

Another app which I use frequently, for planning and keeping track of stuff is a mind
mapping application called Mindjet. There is a pretty good free version available for iPad
and PC. Here is a sample map I created for Gracie’s upcoming birthday.

And lastly if you are looking for an excellent Photoshop type app for your iPad then try Procreate. It does many things that Photoshop does – I love it.

Yes its amazing the kind of apps you can get for the ipad now!
Now Photoshop Express is a really cool one and its free; its perfect for viewing photos, crop, straighten, rotate and flip images, you could add some effects too. Do games count? Well one of my favorite games for it is Geometry Wars: Touch, its just so cool :D. AIM for iPad is pretty cool too.. I am trying to find some now that I can use better quality text programs and excelp similar apps.

Thanx for the heads up on these apps Gracie. I hadn’t heard of AIM before, I checked it out and looks pretty good. I will defnitely check out the photoshop one when I get a chance! One of the better quality text/office apps Im using at the moment is Office2 HD.
