Today’s post is a book review of the book The Art Of Possibility written by Rosamund Stone Zander and Benjamin Zander.

This is a wonderful book that opens the mind literally to possibility and what we might do with that.  It speaks about how habits and circumstances change but the habits of a lifetime or generation persist long after their uses become outworn. The book contains many wonderful anecdotes and stories that illustrate how we might consider stepping into the ‘universe of possibility’.  As the book says ‘ In the face of difficulty, we can despair, get angry… or choose possibility.

Benjamin brings to this book his experience as conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra and his extraordinary talent as a communicator and music teacher of many years experience.  He has developed unique ways to impart knowledge and get us to look at ourselves in a different light.  When this is combined with Rosamund’s brilliance in ‘creating innovative paradigms for personal and professional fulfillment’ you get a wonderful book that is enlightening and a delight to read as well.
